The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all classroom and hands-on/ performance training activities and as a subject matter expert for curriculum development, revisions, and/or modification of technical training courses in the Power Production Schoolhouse.

Duties

Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels. Researches, develops, revises, and recommends updates to the Power Production course materials in accordance with established learning objectives. Monitors and evaluates students progress and performance. Inputs necessary data into the Technical Training Management System. Maintains professional and technical expertise.
