Summary
This position will serve as a branch manager under AHO-10. The two positions include Quality Implementation & Support (AHO-11), Employment Ops & Surge Support (AHO-12). The position will be subject to the AHR reorg and duties may be subject to change.
Duties
Branch Manager, Quality Implementation & Support (AHO-11): Leading a team of technical experts, provides second-level review to all staffing actions and 100% quality control. Detects trends and develops responses to common errors to ensure 100% accuracy. Branch Manager, Employment Ops & Surge Support (AHO-12): Leads development and implementation of corrective action plans and technical responses to audits in coordination with AHR-100. Develop job aids and SOPs. Serve as SMEs for AHD in developing technical training and HR University Courses, where requested. As requested by AHD, serve as SME trainers in train-the-trainer models. As staffing experts, provide surge support to various AHO staffing teams (quals, vacancy announcements, classification, etc.).
