Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Chief, Resources Flight with responsibility for planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over financial planning and execution, budget administration, computers/Civil Engineering unique automated systems/networks, manpower and personnel coordination, and real estate support through subordinate supervisors and/or leaders.
Duties
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Resources Flight, ensuring that financial management, budget, real estate, automated systems administration, and manpower activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organization. Provides advice and assistance to Civil Engineering management officials regarding manpower, real estate, financial management, budget, and computer support to effectively meet current and long-range program goals and objectives. Provides overall management and direction of the Integrated Work Information Management System(IWIMS)/ACES, and the Base Civil Engineering Local Area Network (LAN).
