Summary
The Supervisory Resource Management Specialist is responsible for conducting studies and evaluations, making recommendations, and resolving issues and problems critical to VS nationwide program management and operations as well as supervising, planning, directing, and coordinating branch activities, formulating recommendations on the human resource aspects of assigned activities and their integration with other activities of FiOps.
Duties
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist with key FiOps staff and line officials in the planning and development of multi-year program goals and objectives, budget, human resources and performance management particularly as they are impacted by available resources.
Plans, designs, directs, or conducts management studies and analyses, prepares reports, and makes recommendations on the effectiveness of a variety of FiOps programs.
Ensures that the administrative needs are met to effectively support a full-scale emergency or special project operation.
Serves as a principal contact on FiOps administrative policy and procedure development, implementation, and review.
Coordination, oversight, and processing of FiOps human resources activities.
