Summary

As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Division Director) at the GS-0343-15, you will be part of the Private Sector Outreach and Education (PSOE) Division; Outreach, Education, and Training Programs (OETP); Office of Communications and Legislative Affairs (OCLA); U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will oversee private sector training and outreach, directing the development and delivery of education and training programs.

Duties

Directs nation-wide private sector outreach, education, and training programs supporting EEOC enforcement and compliance objectives

Supervises professional and administrative staff in developing and implementing outreach strategies to eradicate workplace discrimination.

Manages budgets, procurement, and resources for outreach and fee-based training programs at regional and national levels.

Oversees development and delivery of educational materials and technical assistance for stakeholders, employers, and the public.

Coordinates with EEOC offices and external agencies to advance enforcement priorities and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Evaluates effectiveness of outreach, education, and training programs; prepares reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Exercises full supervisory authority, including hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions for division staff.
