Summary
This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA-EXM1.
Duties
Serve as the senior technical authority for Human Capital Framework accountability, evaluations, and compliance.
Formulate and execute plans, policies, and metrics to evaluate human capital program effectiveness and align strategies.
Provide expert analysis to leadership on workforce development, strategic staffing plans, reorganizations, and performance management.
Determine long-term workforce needs through detailed analysis of demographic data, attrition rates, and future mission changes.
Coordinate project workflow and provide authoritative technical guidance to team members engaged in support services initiatives.
Education
There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-14 grade level.
