Summary
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the 704TH MI Brigade, 742ND MI BTN, Foundry Detachment Fort Bliss TX.
Duties
Serves as the Chief, Foundry Operations Center supervising a multi-discipline intelligence readiness platform and as the primary SIGINT staff officer representing INSCOM and the Army Cryptologic Operations coordinating issues that impact Army.
Represent Army/INSCOM at high-level forums, working groups and committees which review, coordinate and approve Tactical Over watch mission requirements, concepts and activities for worldwide implementation by Tactical Forces.
Responsible for establishing work plans, scheduling and assigning tasks based upon command objectives, priorities and policies as established by higher authority.
Prepare, present and coordinate high priority Army intelligence requirements with national level agencies, Cryptologic and operation centers, and other services.
