Summary
In this position you will serve as a technical authority and advisor to a Deputy Director of HR and other HR Division (HRD) officials as required and, in this capacity, carries out a variety of complex and mission critical assignments. You will manage the operations responsible for delivery of a range of human resources services to the MRP mission area and client agencies. One position will be filled in HR Operations and one position will be filled in the Talent Acquisition and Staffing Center.
Duties
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
Tracks measures of workload and develops internal guidance for balancing assignments that have specific cadences dependent on Program Areas’ mission and priorities.
Develops messaging and manages ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
Involves and coordinates with other Human Resources and program administrative staff.
Engages stakeholders in identifying their critical priorities and facilitates the resolution of competing priorities.
Serves as a technical authority and project manager for HR, supporting a Deputy Director of HR in developing and implementing strategies and process improvements.
