Duties
Branch Manager, Performance Management (AHL-120): Serves as the Performance Management Branch Manager. Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the development, governance, administration, and execution of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) agency-wide performance management program. Manages the end-to-end program lifecycle, including establishing program content, setting governance frameworks, and managing organizational timelines for more than 45,000 employees. Leads the development and implementation of performance management policies, programs, and processes across the agency. Advises management on performance management strategies, defensible disciplinary actions, and Opportunity to Demonstrate Performance (ODPs) to promote accountability, improve employee performance, and protect the agency's operational and organizational interests.
