Duties

You will develop, plan, interpret, and apply procurement regulations and policies while leading highly complex contract actions that support major acquisition programs, ensuring lawful decisions and successful mission outcomes.

You will analyze complex procurement activities involving research, development, prototypes, production, and technical services, providing expert guidance that supports effective purchasing decisions and responsible stewardship of resources.

You will prepare and deliver persuasive written and oral presentations for senior government officials and industry representatives, serving as a trusted advisor during high level meetings, briefings, and collaborative planning efforts.

You will supervise personnel by assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, resolving workplace issues, supporting employee development, and making hiring and disciplinary decisions that strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Education

A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees.
