Summary

About the Position: Serves as a Supervisory Contract Performance Evaluator, responsible for conducting studies, coordinating, and monitoring the contract quality assurance program and surveillance systems for support of construction and installation contracts.

Duties

Oversees on-going planning and coordination of integrated procurement actions applicable to contractsadministered for both the government and contractors.

Responsible for coordinating site visits for identifying and developing performance characteristics essential for future contracts.

Attends meetings in order to provide technical guidance and to answer questions regarding past and present contractual agreements, pricing policies, scope of work, and related contracting efforts.

Assigns work to employees based upon priorities, selective consideration of difficulty, assignment requirements and employee capabilities.

Reviews and checks such aspects as drawings, specifications, quantities, cost, accuracy, completeness and conformity with requirements for each project or requirements contract.

Provides advice and recommendations for evaluations and ensures items are accurately reflected in the privatization contractor's tariff modification requests before the commission.
