Duties
You will serve as a Program Support Assistant and be responsible for fiduciary obligations, allocations with IDT/ADT personnel, as well as the resources for the District to include training funds for Sectors and District-assigned SELRES personnel. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Reviewing financial logs, obligations, and expenditures to resolve routine discrepancies (e.g., mismatched billing amounts, missing receipts, or unliquidated obligations) Applying standardized regulations to ensure all administrative fund requests and expenditures are properly documented for audit purposes Gathering data, compiling statistics, maintaining automated records (such as training or readiness databases), and preparing standardized or ad-hoc operational reports for leadership Executing a wide variety of interrelated administrative and clerical processes to support daily operations, personnel, and program management (specifically concerning military/reserve personnel), utilizing advanced functions of office automation software (e.g., Direct Access (PeopleSoft), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Requirements
