Duties

As a Program Operations Assistant, you will: Provide administrative and program support by coordinating office operations, managing calendars, maintaining records, and supporting managers or professional staff in accomplishing organizational priorities. Maintain electronic tracking systems and administrative records for activities such as travel, procurement, training, property, or other program support functions, and prepare reports using office automation software. Prepare and process administrative documents and correspondence, including proofreading, formatting, maintaining filing systems, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate meetings, conferences, or travel arrangements by scheduling events, arranging logistics, preparing travel documents, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate administrative operations. Process administrative purchases by preparing and tracking purchase requests, maintaining procurement records, monitoring the status of orders, and ensuring transactions comply with established policies and procedures.

You will not be considered for the position if you score below the cut score or fail to complete the assessment.
