Duties
You will provide advice, coordination and guidance on all matters relating to the utilities (UT) special interest code (SIC) that consists of functions and activities that provide utility services for the Navy's shore installation mission
You will oversee all facets of lifecycle management, from planning to disposal, including design, construction, environmental protection, base operations and support, housing, real estate, and real property maintenance
You will evaluate and assess program effectiveness to ensure it meets budgetary constraints, goals, and objectives.
You will guide policy by developing new policies, resolving critical issues with policy application, and analyzing the effect of proposed regulations, rules, and policies on CNIC installations.
You will perform programming tasks, including the call for projects and review of submissions, to ensure conformance with planning criteria and integration of Fleet, OPNAV, and CNIC priorities.
