Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the C501.1 Supply Operations Branch within the Supply Department (Code 500) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Duties
You will conduct a variety of studies related to substantive programs, process and functions of the Supply Department.
You will be assigned special projects or other ad hoc assignments such as assessing the financial "health" of the department, organization and/or projects.
You will plan, coordinate, and provide guidance and support to the supervisor based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation and technical evaluations.
You will be able to perform precise analysis of collected data, recognize weakness in work/shop processes, and formulate/recommend meaningful solutions that result in positive impact and overall improvements in the shop.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing internal Commitment Tracking System (CTS) items for Code 500 and following through with closing outstanding items
You will study work requirements by setting deadlines, sequences of operations and standards of quality and quantity and work methods.
You will identify, develop (e.g. designing course outlines, training aids, lesson plans, quizzes, etc.), manage and coordinate training within the supply department or assigned.
Education
