Summary
As a Management and Program Analyst (Recent Graduate) at the GS-0343-7/9, you will be part of Office of Personnel Management, Workforce Policy and Innovation. If selected, you will you will support governmentwide recruitment and outreach programs by analyzing workforce data, assisting with program evaluations, developing outreach materials, collaborating with agencies and external partners, and providing technical assistance to strengthen Federal hiring initiatives.
Duties
Support governmentwide recruitment and outreach initiatives, including early career talent, Student Pathways Programs, Veterans, Military Spouses, and Second Chance Act programs. Analyze workforce and student employment data to identify recruitment trends and recommend outreach improvements. Assist in evaluating recruitment programs and developing reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve program effectiveness. Collaborate with Federal agencies, educational institutions, and stakeholder organizations to support recruitment and outreach initiatives. Provide technical assistance on recruitment flexibilities, student employment programs, and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain outreach materials, web content, and communications supporting governmentwide recruitment efforts. Participate in conferences, workshops, job fairs, and other outreach activities to promote Federal employment opportunities.
Requirements
