Summary
You will serve as an Operations Program Analyst (OPA) in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM), Operations Office of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will develops operational metrics, financial metrics, visualizations and data flows for reporting and dashboards.
You will oversee, track, and support travel/training budget allocation, budget execution, and travel orders.
You will conduct data analysis of project and product/service delivery to assess performance to plan and support production management by Operations across the FEC Directorates and Divisions (DIRs/DIVs).
You will coordinate input from various stakeholders to draft recurring monthly reports/updates and the annual Command Operations Report.
You will create new or use current metrics to monitor and ensures conformance to OPS standard operating procedures.
You will ensure FEC Core and PWDs properly collect and input required operations performance data elements in various NAVFAC e-Applications.
