Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Training and Doctrine (TRADOC) Department of NVRECRUITNGCMD.
Duties
You will conduct studies of organizational efficiency and effectiveness and recommend changes or improvements in recruiting doctrine and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
You will manage the indexing, cataloguing, storage, and access of explicit organizational knowledge.
You will gather, develop, and check the accuracy of information by research and by interviews with subject-matter experts, program officials, and in some cases policymakers.
You will plan and manage the delivery of knowledge management projects.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
