Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER (SENIOR ADVISOR) in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD AEGIS TRAREDCEN.
Duties
You will plan. design, and develop critical content, scenarios, analysis, briefings, and studies related to IAMD tactical training,
You will provide and oversee senior operational , conceptual, technical, and analysis of conducted training events.
You will direct, execute and evaluate Commander, Naval Surface Forces-established training requirements executed by SCSTC in short and long range planning for implementation/integration of tactical IAMD training.
You will develop goals, benchmarks, strategies, and a framework for individual/team IAMD training programs.
You will manage day-to-day planning and execution of all IAMD tactical training; teaching staff members, scenario-tailoring, in-depth written and oral feedback, and assessment reporting.
You will develop curriculum and function as the curriculum Control Authority (CCA) for prospective Commanding Officer/Prospective Executive Officer Course.
You will analyze, design, and interpret broad directives by higher authority for currency of the command crew-training programs, and collaborate with senior tactical trainers at other Sites to improve IAMD training.
You will serve as the Senior IAMD Tactical Advisor to the SCSTC Commodore and SCSTC learning site Commanding Officers on training challenges and solutions and codify semi-annually in briefings to SCSTC Headquarters staff.
