Duties
Leads a Non-appropriated Fund HR team in executing work, plans and strategies within the assigned NAF operation.
Ensures work is performed to statutory, regulatory and operational requirements.
Trains, advises and guides team members on work procedures and best practices, regulatory and operational requirements.
Initiates and responds to internal customer, employees and candidates.
Prepares and analyzes performance and productivity reports, provides data for briefings, identifies areas for improvement.
