Summary
About the Position: This position is located in Letterkenny Army Depot in the Director of Strategic Management Production Engineering.
Duties
Provide senior engineering support to the Engineering Division and leads teams of engineers, technicians, Tech writers, and configuration manager including grade GS-12 within the Division.
Serve as Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) technical authority and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in performing analysis on communications, electronics, chemical, industrial, and/or mechanical workload in the assigned division.
Advisor to the division chief and/or branch chiefs, makes preliminary study and appraisal of requirements for new technology and to support current as well as future workload.
Research and analyze new technology advancements involving Air/Missile Defense workload. Establishes and maintains contacts with other government agencies and original equipment manufactures.
