About the Position: The IT Specialist (Customer Support) provides support to the Army Health Clinic Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact providing technical assistance.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Act as the operational first line of defense against cyber security threats.
Manage the complete physical and administrative life-cycle of IT assets.
Ability to independently maintain an awareness of technological and system updates.
Education
