Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the South Pacific Division (SPD) Senior Engineering and Construction Technical Expert for vertical construction projects (such as MILCON or IIS) within the Division.
Duties
Directs the Major Support Commands Quality Management program.
Establishes and leadscross-functional teams to conduct rigorous QA assessments, construction and design evaluations,and internal control reviews of subordinate districts.
Develops, authors, and issues the Division-wide QualityManagement Plan.
Develops and implements strategic policy, lead programmatic assessments, and influence seniorleadership in a large, complex organization
Apply and/or review new forms of engineering technology for design concepts
Education
