Summary
About the Position: Applies the Project Management Business Process (PMBP) corporate approach while serving as a focal point within the Construction Division for coordination, construction contract support, ad contract administration efforts in the accomplishment of the District's construction mission. The initial length of this overseas tour is 24 months. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement.
Duties
Manage and coordinate usage of Construction Phase Services contracts.
Applies the USACE Project Management Business Process (PMBP) corporate approach while serving as a focal point within the Construction Division to accomplish the construction mission.
Participates in design reviews, plan in hand reviews, and bidder inquiries for the purposed of reviewing and providing feedback on the construction aspects of the project.
Supports the field offices by providing technical reviews of submittals and RFIs, engaging with Architect/Engineer Designer of Record (DOR) when needed, and inspection of construction issues in the field.
Provides expertise in instruction and troubleshooting of the Resident Management System (RMS) and integration with the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) and P2 Project Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
