Duties

As an Intelligence Operations Specialsit, you will: Analyzes and synthesizes intelligence from multiple classified and open-source datasets to identify Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) activities, produce intelligence assessments, generate operational or investigative leads, and support informed operational and strategic decision-making. Conducts intelligence research and threat analysis to evaluate risks to HHS, national security, and public health; prepares risk assessments and develops mitigation recommendations that support biosecurity and public health security operations. Performs supply chain risk management and counterintelligence assessments using all-source intelligence to identify vulnerabilities, detect indicators of foreign targeting, assess intelligence gaps, and recommend measures to strengthen the Department's counterintelligence and supply chain risk management posture. Prepares and delivers intelligence briefings, written analytic products, and liaison support to Department leadership, stakeholders, and Intelligence Community partners to communicate strategic and tactical intelligence affecting HHS operations and mission objectives.
