Duties

You will serve as the Plant Manager for Production Plant Barstow (PPB), Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC).

You will manage production operations to achieve continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, product quality, schedule conformance, and reducing total operating costs.

You will ensure the execution of the Master Work Schedule through the work of divisions such as Trades, TMDE, Production Support, and Risk management.

You will oversee the department organization, coordination, program policies and procedures formulation and implementation.

You will monitor the performance, application and effectiveness of new techniques and procedures on overall department operations.

You will plan and conduct assessment for resource requirements needed for repair, rebuild, maintenance, technology, facilities, machinery, equipment, and availability of strategic resources and changing uses of associated resources.
