Summary
As an HR Specialist (Classification) at the GS-0201-13, you will be part of the Workforce Management Division, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for providing technically authoritative expertise and program management leadership in the areas of classification, position management (policies, reorganizations, and realignments), and HR management evaluations (desk audits).
Duties
Plans, develops, and implements the agency-wide Organization and Position Management and Position Classification programs to support EEOC strategic human capital goals.
Plans, modifies, and implements the EEOC Organization and Position Management Policy and Position Classification Program agency-wide.
Plans, manages, and implements the Human Resources Management Review/Desk Audits agency-wide.
Provides authoritative consulting and advisory services to agency Headquarters and 53 District, Field, Area, and Local Offices on position classification and position management matters.
Analyzes and makes recommendations on abolishing or creating organizational level units, reassigning functions to existing or newly created organizational levels, and developing functional statements.
