Summary

Duties

You will plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive Human Resources Management (HRM) programs.

You will identify and ensure implementation of actions necessary to employ a quality workforce and comply with public policy, law, and regulation.

You will plan, manage, and execute special human capital projects, high-priority administrative reviews, and pilot initiatives as assigned by the Director of Civilian Human Resources.

You will advocate for organizational requirements and represent the command in departmental HR policy, program development, and field operation issues.

You will investigate, analyze, and determine the causes of a variety of complex issues and prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and briefs to recommend resolutions to leadership.
