The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Facility Manager, performing operations and maintenance (O&M) duties in support of the 603d Air Operations Center (603d AOC).
Duties
Plans, organizes, and directs the work requirements of the 603 AOC to maintain the primary facilities assigned on real property records. Oversees facility management resources and requirements including service contracts, financial programs, space utilization, and information resources. Implements and evaluates programs to account for facility requirements and facility safety risks related to real property in use by the 603d AOC and 603d ACOMS located at Ramstein AB, Germany. Supervises, Attends staff meetings, working groups, and coordinates with various personnel to accomplish facility work and logistics efforts. Quality Assurance Evaluator: Serves as Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) by monitoring contract administration (quality requirements only) and contract performance.
