Duties
Reviews current Agency Reasonable Accommodations (RA) policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and applicable laws and statutes.
Provides technical advice and guidance to management, employees, applicants, human resources officials and advocacy groups on issues impacting individuals with disabilities.
Reviews supporting documentation to identify effective accommodation options.
Serves as an instructor delivering training on EEO laws, anti-harassment requirements, reasonable accommodation procedures, and related compliance topics.
Provides guidance to supervisors, managers, and employees regarding EEO laws, procedures, and responsibilities.
Education
Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
