The primary purpose of this position is: To perform as an instructor in the top-level of Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME). Instructors teach students in seminars, auditoriums, and online environments.
Duties
Servers as resident/online instructor in all areas of EPME including Air University academic disciplines of Leadership, Warfighting, International Security Studies, Profession of Arms and Communication Skills. Reviews core curriculum and makes recommendations of learning objectives, course content, methodology, textbook design, evaluation instruments, editing, production and other related aspects of curriculum development. Represents the Thomas N. Barnes Center for Enlisted Education Center with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Functions as an EPME Student Evaluation Officer. Controls and monitors test materials to include standard and computer files.
