Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Provides expert electrical products, services, and support for electrical and electronic features on a wide range of projects for Military, Civil Works, International and Interagency Support (IIS), and Hazardous and Toxic Radiological Waste (HTRW) programs.
Duties
Provides expert electrical engineering planning, design, review, and investigation for the full range of electrical systems.
Designs electrical features of proposed work, including unconventional, complex, and challenging projects.
Reviews construction schedules and cost estimates to ensure they are appropriate and reasonable for electrical features.
Prepares written reports documenting inspections, investigations, coordination, findings, and recommendations.
Interprets policies, regulations, codes, and criteria, and provides authoritative advice on projects.
Education
