About the Position: This position is located in Ft. Stewart, GA at WINN Army Medical Center in the department of Patient Administration. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Duties
Serve as a subject matter expert for the development of the psychiatric portion of the Narrative Summary under the supervision of the Chief of Patient Administration Division.
Communicate occupational limitations to command utilizing military profiles in accordance with (IAW) established policies.
Assign a diagnosis (diagnoses) IAW Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition, text revision (DSM IV-TR) (or more current edition).
Respond to requests for Independent Medical Reviews (IMR) and appeals.
Perform duties as a practitioner and consultant in psychology with emphasis on problems of all levels of complexity.
Education
