Duties
Leads strategic workforce planning for a mixed team of civilian, military, and contractor personnel, including managing on-boarding, training, and optimizing staffing models within a secure, matrixed organization.
Directly manages and deconflicts the executive's calendar to optimize leadership's time and priorities.
Establishes and manages reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms, which involves using advanced analytical methods to synthesize performance metrics, provide key operational insights, and drive executive decision-making.
Conducts independent audits of administrative and operational workflows to identify gaps, streamline business processes, and ensure full compliance with White House Military Office (WHMO), Executive Office of the President (EOP) initiatives.
Directs the life cycle of complex programs, from translating highly technical IT requirements into actionable business strategies, to overseeing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with presidential IT initiatives.
Formulates, executes, and monitors multi-million-dollar budgets and spending plans for IT portfolios, including ensuring strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS).
Education
There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-12 or GS-13 grade levels. Additional Information: Salary will be determined based on the grade level of the selectee. The salary listed reflects the 2026 General Schedule Base scale. Salary will be adjusted to meet the locality pay of the duty location upon selection.
