This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties
You will provide administrative management and executive support to the Chief of Staff of the Commanding Officer and Technical Director of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport.
You will evaluate, execute, and disseminate NSWC/NUWC HQ policies and developing Command administrative policies.
You will coordinate and process travel, conference attendance, timekeeping, facilities upgrades, security access, and IT issues.
You will manage Command Department supplies, procurement, and inventory.
You will manage the coordination of activities, meetings, schedules, travel, and deadlines while addressing concerns, obtaining information, and responding to inquiries.
Education
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the NG-04: 2 academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualifications and perform the duties of the position OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
